Feature Request: Custom Snapshot size

Description

We use the snapshot feature as a backup for the motion detect feature. For this purpose, we put the snapshot interval to 1 sec. We would like to have a different image size for the snapshot.

For example, having 1280x1024 for the motion detection and 800x600 for the snapshots.

It would be great to have a new configuration option like "snapshot_size" that would resize the snapshot before saving it on the disk.

There are a lot of tools that can resize images. You can add this functionality to the on_picture_save event script easily. That way, we can keep Motion lean and fast.
