Feature Request: Connection status of devices

Description

Add the connection status of devices. This feature is mainly useful for network devices , so you can get the connection status of any network camera from httpd interface, i.ex:

http://ip/1/detection/connection

Thread 1 Connection OK

or 

Thread 1 Lost connection

Added a patch against svn 136

How to apply ?

download the patch
cd motion_svn_directory
cp ../connection-status.diff .
patch < connection-status.diff

And rebuild motion.
