Feature Request: Cron expression for disabling/changing parameters

Description

I think it could be useful to introduce cron expressions to change the configuration of motion according to the time of the day. In example: activity_period * 6-21 * * *

so the camera will only record during this period.

Another nice thing would be to change a parameter.This would be useful to increase sensibility at night or change default mask because a car lamps light some places.

Follow up

You can do already using cron/crontab with some web client like lwp-request to send those request to motion web interface.
