Feature Request: Netcam Keep Alive

Description

When fetching Jpeg images from a network IP camera ( from a non-streaming / non-MJPEG source ), the motion netcam code does a TCP (re)connect for each and every image acquisition. This is inefficient if Keep-Alive is supported by the remote IP camera.

Support for HTTP Keep-Alive would be a useful feature in reducing overhead ( or the cam and in the netcam code )
