Feature Request: Passing ffmpeg flags

Description

It would be great if there was the ability to pass flags like these to the ffmpeg encoding process:

-g 160 -cmp 3 -subcmp 3 -mbd 2 -flags aic+cbp+mv0+mv4+trell

The right combination can have a fairly like cpu increase with a significant quality increase.

You can edit Makefile and add any flag you want smile

But i guess it won't help with ffmpeg , you need to pass those flags to ffmpeg not to motion.

@anonymous take a look at http://www.lavrsen.dk/foswiki/bin/view/Motion/DarkwindHackeronMotionPatching

Specifically extpipe that's been in trunk for a while now. It will let you fork your own ffmpeg or mencoder or whatever you want and you can pass any arguments you want.
