Feature Request: disable when dark

Description

Would it be possible to add a setting in the config file, where selected functions of motion eg. motion detection etc could be disabled at certain times or when another factor comes into play. for example when it gets too dark maybe the timelapse function could be dissabled.

You can disable motion when you want or schedule with crontab and using http api :
