Feature Request: Wildcards in "thread" param

Description

It could be interesting to enable wildcards in the threads configuration files to enhance the file system security. For instance, we could have a read-only /etc/motion.conf file, with the following value:

thread /etc/motion/*.conf

In this way, adding new cameras will require the creation of new configuration files in /etc/motion/ and a "kill -HUP" call, without changing anything in the main configuration file.
