Feature Request: Auto change Threshold and Noise_Level at night fixed time span

Description

At night or at a specific time span, lets say from 19:00 to 06:00, motion should automatic change its values threshold and noise_level, to be more accurate for light conditions.

Even better would be to have an adaptive threshold - so keep track of the background motion level and adjust threshold based on motion over the past hour or so. That way when it gets windy or dark, the threshold would go up or down, respectively. Motion over a short timeframe like 10 minutes wouldn't affect threshold.
