Feature Request: New output_normal option - record

Description

I'd like this option to record motion event jpeg information to the sql database but not save the jpegs to disk. Currently I'm running motion with output_normal on & ffmpeg_cap_new on. This writes an sql record for the avi and the individual frame jpegs. I have a process that runs and populates a `frames` sql table where I record the frame motion centers and size. I then delete the extra sql "jpeg" records along with the actual jpeg files keeping only the avi and the jpeg with the most motion.

This option would allow me to do the same without the need to have motion actually create the jpegs which I'm deleting. As long as I have individual frame information, I can extract any frame I'm interested in from the avi later.
