Feature Request: file output permission change

Description

Maybe im going about this all wrong but i have tied all sorts of things.

What im trying to do is be able to delete the files created by motion with apache server running php. No matter what i do i just cant seem to get it to delete the files

So what i propose is that users be able to change (in config) the permisions of the files that motion creates.
