How to set minimum time between motion detections ?

Hi

I've got my cameras working well now, taking snapshots every 15 minutes, or whenever motion occurs.

However, when people are walking round, motion is saving images at least once every second, which is filling up my storage and webspace pretty quickly.

I'm confused which option I need to change to reduce this.

I want to wait at least X seconds after a motion image has been taken, before detecting motion again.

How do I do this ?
