Motion not starting, tv-time required for motion 3.2.8

Question

Dear motion keepers.

I opened a new request, because I downloaded, and compiled version 3.2.8.

The important result, is the same as before, to work, motion requieres afterwards tv-time to be started.

There is another important negative program characteristic, that appeared now, and it is, that motion seems to have a blocking attitude regarding the v4l device. It is now not possible to have motion working, and at the same time tv-time to watch the camera. The simultaneous operation, is very usefull for adjustment procedures in real time.

2 boards with 1 bt878 chip each used, one camera per board.

Attached motion config file for one camera, the second camera has the same one.
