5 FPS but only one change per second
Question
Hi, im very new to motion ... and my english is worst ... i know
I have a Intellinet Highspeed Dome Cam ... not cheap
The cam is configured to capture 5 frames per second.
And that is it, what i told motion. Now i get a movie ... 5 frames per seconde.
I can see 5 frames with "text_right %q" - option. But all 5 frames looks equal.
There are very heavy motions but all 5 frame are the same for that second. It looks like 1 frame per second. I can see the %q counts up but no changes in the picture.
There are at least 2 clients connected to the cam.
Can anybody help me?
