No picture on the Browser

Question

Hello The movie and snapshot from the motion are ok but I have no pictuires/movie on the Browser (8081), it's just black but I can see some moving shap (grey) when something move

Environment

Motion version: 3.2.10.1
ffmpeg version:  
Libraries: ffmpeg,
Server OS:

Answer

I think you are running motion with setup_mode on :

http://www.lavrsen.dk/twiki/bin/view/Motion/ConfigOptionSetupMode

change in motion.conf : setup_mode off
