Movie record quality bad
Question
Hi,
the movies recorded by motion 3.2.12 are unwatchable. Here is a sample:

Camera: Vivotek IP7361
What can i change to capture clean movies.
The fixed images are OK.

Already tried with flv (video play's too fast) and mov
ffmpeg version 0.8.9-6:0.8.9-0ubuntu0.13.04.1, Copyright (c) 2000-2013 the Libav developers
built on Nov 9 2013 19:09:48 with gcc 4.7.3
Same with self compiled ffmpeg version.
