Mac OS X support

Question

Is there any way to make an installer for Mac OS? Forgive me but I'm not big into Linux/Unix or keen on how to compile source code properly. I see there is Mac OS support for network cameras but not local webcams. I don't exactly know how to set-up a network camera anyway (all of mine are USB). Maybe I'm just asking for a more detailed tutorial but if somebody could make an install package or already compiled application, that'd be great. Thanks.

Answer

I have not seen any packagers for Apple on this site. There may be packagers on the homebrew or macports that could take the source and get it into something for Mac
