Frame Rate?

Question

Hello! I have a network camera with 1280x720 at a frame rate of 30 but when I activate the frame in motion on 30 runs the video what I in mpeg4 receiving from super fast, as if you fast forward . Is there a possibility to include that in real-time ? When I use the frame rate in motion on 5 stelle it runs almost normal from but then totally cut off .
