BUG: Tracking only X (Pan) with value from Y(Tilt)

In the daily bind from the 14.3. is following error:

I have play a little bit with the API function and I've found out, that only a value for "Y" or "tilt" is working. but it is working in the wrong direction : The Cam moved from left to right! This is in my eyes the "X" direction. So I think, that the value for "X" will be send to a wrong(?) register or will be ignored...
