BUG: Colors not coming out correctly when using webcam with JPEG palette

Colors appear to be skewed in respect to the image.

To correct this I initialized dinfo.do_fancy_upsampling to FALSE in two locations in the file jpegutils.c.
Both are located after the call to jpeg_read_header and dinfo.raw_data_out = TRUE;

Environment

Motion version:	3.2.12 and the latest snapshot
ffmpeg version:
Shared libraries:	ffmpeg, mysql, postgresql
Server OS:	ArchLinuxArm, Kernel 3.0

Can you try to reproduce your issue with SVN of GIT version , please ?

STATUS UPDATE

This appears to have been a problem in libjpeg and not motion as it is working now on archlinuxarm which is still using 3.2.12 source.

I do not know what version of libjpeg was used back then, but it is currently working correctly with extra/libjpeg-turbo 1.2.1-1.
