BUG: support for new major ffmpeg release

Hi, sorry to bother, but ffmpeg 0.11 and its new API have now obsoleted URLContext, URLProtocol which makes motion compilation failing :-/

In fact they are even no longer present in avio.h which sounds like a rewriting for ffmpeg support is needed.

This won't be fixed in 3.2.12 rather in trunk.
