ffmpeg_video_codec to swf to create flash files from ffmpeg

Description of Patch

This patch was written by B�ser Pete from the mailing list, however I found it very good, and simple but yet no official patch had been submitted, so this is it. ALL credit for this should go to B�ser Pete for this code, and I hope he does not mind me submitting it for inclusion. Setting ffmpeg_video_codec to swf permits output of .swf files via ffmpeg

Installation of Patch

patch < ffmpeg_swf_v1.0.diff

Then re-build Motion and test the patch.

Ok , the patch seems to work fine , without any issue , but it's not complete because some changes are missing in motion-dist.conf and conf.c

Anyway is a good solution to watch recorded videos without any video player , just a swf player or a browser with a flash/shockwave plugin.

Please let me know what credit should be added in CHANGELOG / CREDITS files.
