Feature Request: alt image source/method.

Description

a camera/image source option to specify a sub-process that feeds jpeg images via stdout, this will make it simple to add alternative methods as easy as writing a csh/perl/whatever script.

i looked at modifying the netcam interface but it is too hard-coded to use HTML for this.

We are working on a plugin architecture long term (Motion 4.0)
