Feature Request: different motion_detect resolution and capture resolutions

Description

my camera (axis 209mfd) supports multiple resolution streams up to the megapixel range.

a great feature would be to have motion use a low resolution image for motion detection, and then switch to a higher res image for capture.

as it is now, using a high res image (1280x960) for motion detection uses a lot of cpu resources and is slow, so i've had to use an intermediate resolution (800x600) with some loss of detail.

it would be great to e.g. use a 640x480 stream for motion detection, but once triggered, record a higher quality 1024x768 or 1280x960
