Capturing image from iCamView device
  Question
Receiving the following messages when using Motion with an iCamView network webcam:
Starting motion detection : motion
Processing thread 0 - config file /etc/motion/motion.conf
Processing thread 1 - config file /etc/motion/thread4.conf
Webcam port for thread 1 is 84
Thread1 device: http://192.168.0.13/showimg_pda.cgi?cam=1 input: -1
Netcam: thread 1: starting...
[HTTP/1.1 505 HTTP Version Not Supported]
Netcam: thread 1: unknown Content-Type
I presume the webcam itself is rejecting the request. Any ideas?
Thanks.

  Answer
Looks like the camera does not like the http version?
Could I kindly ask you to go to this topic and follow the instructions:
NetcamMjpegStreamDumps
We collect binary dumps of Network cameras for testing. We do not own all Network cameras so we are coding in blindness. So these binary dumps are vital.
