Motion triggered because of corrupted JPG on ipcams

Question

I am using 2 IPcams where a JPG is polled once a second. About every 15min, motion receives a corrupted JPG and triggers recording. Is there a way to make motion only act on complete JPGs ?

Paste in your error messages, config settings, terminal window output etc in this text field.

Environment

Motion version: 3.2.9
ffmpeg version: none
Libraries: ffmpeg, mysql, postgresql
Server OS: opensuse 10.3
