Motin works, but FFMpeg gives errors

Question

Hi, I did need to do a clean install of Debian on my PC because of a messed up sources.list after which the system went to bad responding. I did download motion and used my saved config files. Motion does work again but FFmpeg gives errors:

Diverting av_*_packet function calls to libavcodec. Recompile to improve performance

Does anyone know what I have to do to get rid of these errors ? Motion shows the message about 20 times each second.

Motion version:	3.2.12
ffmpeg version:	ffmpeg version 0.7.13
Libraries:	ffmpeg, mysql, postgresql
Server OS:	Debian 6.05 kernel
