mysql2300.sql installation

Question

How do you install mysql2300.sql in mysql? The directions say to install it in mysql but don't really explain how to do this. I am attempting to use the latest version of open2300.

Environment

Open2300 version: 1.10
Libraries: mysql, postgresql
Server OS: Red Hat Linux 7.3

Answer

1) Open a shell. 2) Enter: mysql -u -p <./mysql2300.sql

BTW: This question is not related to open2300. Please consult the mysql manual for further questions (e.g. how to create databases or users).
