Histlog2300 won't work on Vista/7

Question

when you try to retrieve data from the station's datalogger it won't get anything. histlog2300 runs just for 1 second and then it closes itself. The other tools works just fine under Vista/7. This tool is very important to prevent losing data when your PC is off and also because is used by Weather Display.

histlog2300 works ok on Windows 98/Xp.

Is it possible to fix it?
