BUG: Action menu not documented

The action menu options ( at http://192.168.1.100:8080/0/action ) are not documented. This leads to needless bug reports and support questions like this one: http://www.lavrsen.dk/twiki/bin/view/Motion/SupportQuestion2006x08x23x201148 regarding makemovie

Please document these options.

You can also force from console sending SIGUSR1 signal.

Ah, I see. I did not think to look in the API document.

Should that be in the motion guide?

Or, maybe the motion guide could have a pointer to it?

Or, better yet, the action menu itself ( http://192.168.1.100:8080/0/action ) could document the options

Well maybe motion guide could be better ... but HTTP API has it's own "guide" already.
