BUG: New spec and init script for Fedora/RedHat systems

The spec file for building RPMs and the init script for Fedora/RedHat systems shipped with the current versions of motions are very broken and outdated. New ones were made to be compatible with current standards and integrated to the RPM Fusion repository (http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/updates/testing/10/SRPMS/repoview/motion.html)

Please consider replacing the current ones with these files, this spec builds motion with ffmpeg but without database support. Note that the spec file installs the new init script (source1) in the %install section.
