BUG: Garbage with AverMedia TV Phone and PAL NonColor cam.

In Debian lenny - motion not work with Aver TV Phone (bt848) and Pal NON-Color cam. I'm retrieve motion-3.2.11 ant get same behavior.

Selecting "norm 0" (PAL) and "norm 3" (PAL NC no color) give the same garbaged images. workaround is starting xawtv and selecting source and TV norm = PAL-Nc - then motion work until next restart and initialising v4l.

How can i resolve this problem?
