BUG: Recorded Video doesn't play

I install motion and try to record motion video, but file doesn't play in VLC, I saw only first picture.

 Option for record video file

ffmpeg_timelapse_mode hourly

ffmpeg_bps 500000

ffmpeg_variable_bitrate 2

ffmpeg_video_codec mpeg4
