BUG: Captured images are broken if their size is more than 1MB

If the capture device returns single jpeg pictures with size more 1mb then image will be truncated. The cause of this behaviour is the value of inline constant in the netcam.c file. netcam.c: remaining = 999999;

Environment

Motion version: 3.2.12
ffmpeg version: libjpeg8-dev
Shared libraries: ffmpeg, mysql, postgresql
Server OS: Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS kernel 3.13.0
